Highly recommend the team at Bainbridge Auto!! I took my car into my local Toyota dealership because the engine light was on. They identified the problem but could not fix it because the part was on national back order. They quoted me an astronomical price but I figured it was normal for what I needed done. Toyota had no ETA on the part but said I could safely operate my vehicle with the light on. My sister recommended Bainbridge to see if they could help sooner. I brought the paperwork from Toyota (which I forgot had the quote they gave me) and they took a look at it and immediately started calling to see if they could obtain the part!! Dusty spent 45 minutes calling vendors! He found the part and quoted me a price that was a quarter of the price I was quoted at Toyota! I have used Bainbridge Auto On Multiple Cars. They have done work on my BMW. My wife's Bronco had a dent in one of the pillars by the windshield and they fixed that again for an amazing price. I recently went up there to have them look at a truck I was looking at buying I trust their opinions ill drive from North Olmsted out to Chagrin to have them work on our cars or to get their recommendations.
